Hi all, I was at 1600 14dp5dt and at 7700 eight days later 21dp. So it's not even doubling every 3 days at this point. What worries me is the fact it went up quickly and then ran out of steam.
My scan will be tomorrow. I'm terrified of seeing a blighted ovum. I'm kinda hoping that it was a vanishing twin that affected the levels. Then at least I still have one.
Any thoughts on this?

Best advice I can give you is to stop doing the blood tests. At this point, your hcg won’t be doubling very quickly as your levels are too high and you’ll only add extra stress by over analysing the numbers.
I’m sure everything will be fine at your scan. None of those numbers indicate anything other than a healthy pregnancy so I hope tomorrow gives you that much needed reassurance ♥️ Xx
I agree that it l looks good at first and I wasn't super concerned, but when I talked to my clinic they were concerned. I wish they had reassured me but instead they made me feel worse. They actually want another blood test. The worry never ends!
You can say no to the blood tests. My level was only 385 on 15dp5dt- that was after three tests from an initial measure of 30. I was offered to keep testing but I decided to wait for the scan as it was horrifically stressful waiting for the call every two days. My experience is that they don’t tend to be particularly reassuring as there is little they can advise until the first scan - unless levels have dropped. HCG levels and increases differ so wildly. Looking back, I wish I’d held on tightly to my home pregnancy test with its double lines of hope and not gone through the blood testing - the anxiety stayed with me for several weeks after. Wishing you lots of luck xx
I’m really sorry your clinic have said that. I honestly think that’s super unnecessary especially as you have your scan today! How many weeks are you now?x
The beta levels stop doubling every 2 days after they reach about 1,000. Now the best way to check how things are going is having a scan, after 5,000 you should be able to see something.
