So had another CP last month. Have also been on humira and intralipids. However it seems my immunes are higher now than ever since doing humira. Anyone any experience?

Immune issues
Hi, I’ve had the same issues, I had 4 Humeira and 3 IVIG but I’m still too high, I’ve also had LIT treatments. My plan now is 2 more LIT, I’m now on hydroxychloroquine and will have 2 more intralipids . I also need to take neupogen at the start of the transfer cycle as I’m missing all 3 KIR receptors. Immunes are so tough - not all clinics do all this treatment so I’ve had to go to a different clinic for all this and then will go back to mine for my FET with my last embryo at this clinic…
Hi letro. Could you tell me what a "CP" is please? Diane
Hello, so sorry to hear this. Have you been for the uterine natural killer cell testing/biopsy at all? (sorry if you're already way beyond this!). I've recently had this and been recommended in my case I need endometrial scratch and steroids (prednisolone). I've also previously experienced chemical pregnancy and implantation failure.
Thanks everyone.. I have done a fair bit of immune treatment. Low dose naltrexone, prednisilone 25mg, medicinal mushrooms, humira, intralipids and plaquenil. I haven't tried IVIG but I am conscious it's soo expensive I need to run out a few more things.
So I am planning on getting the LAD test done and the HLA Q matching test to see if there are other issues there. I seem to be able to get pregnant but my immunes attack straight away.
We are at the crossroads of possibly giving up trying anymore and may just choose a surrogacy path .. although this is very challenging and complex too.
