Progesterone

I’ve been on the LOCI trial for 3 Months now and I just seem to keep getting bad news. First it was that I had PCOS, then a uterine septum, and now my progesterone doesn’t seem to want to be shifting over 24. My question is what happens if they can’t do anything about my progesterone levels?

I’m sorry to hear about your troubles! I had issues with low progesterone as well, just couldn’t get it to climb! It was stick at 17-20 for a long time. They said that wasn’t terrible and it did eventually go up in my pregnancy but it took about 3 months. They told me that some people just don’t absorb supplemental progesterone very well. Have you tried the intramuscular shots? Those worked best for me.

Hi Peaster. There are sveral ways to administer progesterone, so I am sure your specialist will sort out what is best for you. You may need treatment on th3e septum, depening how large the "dip" is, before proceeding with treatment. Lots of things to sort outy, but hopefully all can be controlled foryou. Good luck! Diane
