My fresh transfer before this one ended in a chemical at 13dp5dt.

It has taken all the joy of seeing a positive this time and im now terrified 😨.

This is sooooo hard!

Sending you so much strength right now! I’ve had 2 chemicals and have said to my partner that the next time I see a positive (hopefully) that I will be scared. BUT, I really would encourage you to be optimistic and enjoy this moment, you are pregnant! Congratulations ✨ My advise would be to wait at least 48 hours, maybe more, until you test again. Wishing you all the best lovely 🍀 xxx

I love seeing those words....you are pregnant 🥲. Thank you so much. I knew many have and will feel the same, we are all in a similar boat and its nice to know everyone here understands.Plan to wait 2 or 3 days to re test...think it will have to be 2 before I go out my mind!!! But when I come to test I will be a wreck with nerves all over again.

Sending positive vibes to you for your next transfer. We can do this!!

It’s a great start. In my experience it’s the late BFPs that tend to have issues. This looks really good!Aww thank you. Unbelievable really ❤️❤️❤️ Xxx

I totally agree with Millbanks, that’s a strong line for just 7dp. It’s usually to early for a lot to even get a line. So congratulations you are definitely pregnant. I know it must be scared and tbh it’s a pretty normal feeling. Take each day as it comes and that’s all you can do for now. But now You are pregnant. Well done .

I suggest you ask your clinic for blood tests. I had a chemical last time so insisted (and paid for) day 9 and day 12 HcG levels to be checked. You need both to see if they’re rising appropriately. It’s the reason I stopped panicking this time as was a much more useful way of knowing what’s going on

Congratulations!

I had two chemicals back to back on my fresh transfers and it made me super anxious for this FET - I was testing on FRERs twice a day... And I get what you mean about the joy being sucked out of it - I kept waiting for the 'inevitable' when it would be bad news and not letting myself get too excited about the positive as I assumed it wouldn't last.

This time I got HCGs done from a few days after my first positive and booked again for two days later to check doubling. My lines had continued to darken on the two chemicals and I got 2-3 weeks on CBDs quite early so I knew that these wouldn't reassure me. I also paid for a private HCG test around 3wks post FET. I got my progesterone checked each time too as that seems to have been the issue with the two previous.

I'm now 8+3 and whilst I don't think you 'need' to do any of this, HCG seems to be the most reliable way to know things are going in the right direction - the levels this time were vastly different to my chemicals so it's also helped me to understand that the other two probably weren't viable from very early on. I really hope it works out for you x
