7wk scan

Hi lovelies after an anxious couple of weeks (bleeding at 5w3d, seemingly fading hpts, deflating boobs and cramps all day yesterday) we had our 7wk scan today and we saw the heartbeat and it's measuring the right size 🥰 so unbelievably relieved right now 🧡 of course still a long way to go but feeling so relieved to get to this stage, huge thanks to the ladies who helped me through my panic about the hpts, that was horrible but goes to show I was reading too much into things xxxx

Well done for surviving and getting the lovely news of relief. Im going through exactly the same thing now. The anxiety is through the roof so i had a scan done at 7wks (yesterday), and there was a very very faint hb 94bpm. Its 5 days behind and my hcg is moving very very slowly.... im hopeful but the odds are against me. Well done you for hanging in there and best of luck going fwd xx

Hi Joey I'm sorry to hear that, but (from my very limited understanding) is it not possible to be a few days out and that accurate dating in early scans is error prone, also you are very close to the 100bpm that they talk about, and I think hcg is less informative once you can see things on the scan?? Maybe it's not so bad? Do you have another scan booked? I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed 🤞🧡 thanks for your kind words 😘
