I've been a nervous wreck all day but today I had my scan and we got a heartbeat. Thank God! I cant believe it. Heartbeat was 117. Measuring at 6+3 instead of 6+5. I burst into tears. The student midwife start crying too. I just couldn't believe it. It was so quick when he showed it to me. Certainly looks like a little tadpole that I'm completely in love with.

Thank you to everyone that's taking the time to offer support and advice. I have been through so many dark times when only the women on this forum understood me. I can never repay the debt of kindness.

Omg I SO know how you feel. My lobster measures as well 6+3 instead of 6+5 but the scan lady said it’s irrelevant because the heartbeat is great (she didn’t tell me the frequency though 😡) we’re due date buddies 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️congrats hun! Xxx

I’ve got my scan next Friday I’m absolutely bricking it! My clinic scan at 8 weeks these extra 2 weeks are so stressful! Xx

Yes I think I'm discharged now although I haven't picked a hospital yet. I cant imagine how you cope with the extra two weeks wait but I will keep you in my thoughts. Praying for the best for you ❤🤞
