Please join Fertility Network UK and Diabetes UK Cymru on Monday September 13th at 7pm via zoom, for a discussion on managing your diabetes and fertility, to chat with others who really understand and to find out where you can get further support.

We will be joined by Diabetic Consultant, Dr Richard Chudleigh who will talk about diabetes management whilst undergoing fertility treatment and Emma Rees, type 1 diabetic who will share her own managing fertility & diabetes journey.
