Hello everyone, the 2ww is finally over and i had BFP after the home test using the digital preg test kit and self check blood test kit. All had the same results. I've read that sometimes the ivf drugs can give false positive. I'm confused. Is it possible to get a positive blood test results which can later turn out to be negative?

Hi maame. As long as you have testd on the day recommended by your clinic, then any positive result IS positive, so well done! keep up with any prescribed medication and let the clinic know, who will inform you of the next steps re booking your first scan and midwife. I hope all continues as it should. Diane
Hello,It’s a pregnancy test kit that uses blood samples and not Urine. Thanks for the kind words and looking forward to a successful journey. This is my first pregnancy ever and first ivf trial.🌹
You're definitely pregnant, congratulations mama! I had those same doubts myself, my OTD was on Monday this week. I believe they give an OTD so that any chance of a chemical pregnancy has passed, meaning any positive test means pregnancy. Even though I've had 7 pregnancy tests with 2 pink lines on there, I still don't quite believe it. Have you had your first scan scheduled yet? This is my first pregnancy and first IVF cycle too so we're in exactly the same boat 😀. Just be positive and enjoy every moment of this amazing journey.
