I’ve got my pregnancy test in the morning which will be 14 days after fresh egg transfer but I’ve had light spotting tonight, does this mean I’ll have a negative result in the morning? This is my second cycle and I didn’t get this the first time round.

Spotting day before pregnancy test - does this mean a negative result?
That’s worrying for you can you not take a pregnancy test just now if it’s a 5DT it will show up just now ? Good luck
I’m not sure, I was told to take it in the morning tomorrow and not earlier, it can’t be good news I’m thinking! Thank you though
You never know spotting can be ok in pregnancy, I got a positive test 4dpt and my clinic recommend 10dpt for OTD it just depends what clinic your with really hope it’s good news for you 🤞
It’s so scary reading into all these symptoms. I’ve had cramps since transfer but they really hitched up a notch last night and I’m worried my period will arrive before I’m due to take my test tomorrow. I’m crossing my fingers that you’ve tested this morning and all is as hoped x
So I got a negative result today, and actually feel ok about it! Just got to keep trying, we’ll get there 🤞 x
I’m really sorry to hear that. As you say though, this is just one more bump in the road. You will get there. I’m sure I’ll be in a similar boat tomorrow and will just have to be brave. Wishing you all the best. X
Fingers crossed for you, try keep positive if not xx
I feel so bad when I can see here BFN. I know exactly what all these people feel. It is so hard to accept that it didn't work when you tried everything you knew that could help. I am really sorry for not getting a positive result, hugs. Just wanted to let you know also that spotting before OTD can be also because you don't have enough progesteron. On 2 of my transfers I had BFP but I was spotting before OTD. On my 3rd doctor checked my progesteron and to no surprise I didn't had enough progesteron on my transfer day. I would suggest if you never checked your progesterone on transfer day to do so, the outcome can be different.
Stay strong 💪🤗❤️
I’ll mention that to my clinic, really good to know, thank you! Have you had a positive since?
I had 3 transfers so far, all ended up in chemicals. It means that must be something in the middle that needs investigation. Last chemical was exactly a week ago. I am still trying to process what just happened. I definitely believe that progesteron plays a very important role on implantation phase. I would have killed the person that spoke with you from the clinic. My clinic sent me such an emotional email that I cried each time reading it and I wasn't able to reply just yet, it is so hard to accept but I have no other choice. Sending you lots of love 💓
