Drinking 3 weeks before fet

Hello in 1 weeks i am due to start medication for my fet. Medication is to build my lininghg up before fet. Question is can I have a wine tonight when out for a meal? Or is it to close.

Yes you can. Try not to stress too much about the odd glass of wine. You have enough to worry about and it will help relax you. It won’t make a difference to your cycle so enjoy guilt free x

Totally fine. I had a few glasses of wine five days before my transfer and I’m 10 weeks pregnant now.

Just be sensible with the amount. I treated myself to a glass every 7-10 days as I needed something to look forward to after overhauling the diet xx

I got pretty drunk the week before downregulation … it was annoying as I hadn’t been drinking much until that point but it was the first time seeing friends after lockdown etc and I got a bit carried away . I had half a bottle of wine and was violently sick when I got home !!! Anyway what I’m saying is - that happened and I got pregnant after my transfer the following month . So I figured it didn’t do any harm . It was nice to see friends as well as I haven’t really seen anyone since and am not planning to until I have the 12 week scan … so I’m really glad I saw my friends when I did! Have fun - you will be under a lot of stress in the coming weeks ! Good luck x
