6th transfer
Just wanted to send you so much good luck!I'm due to have my 6th transfer later this year too, let's hope it's 6th time lucky for both of us!
Thank you! Let’s hope so!! What vitamins do you take? Xx
I've finished all my egg collections now so I've reduced down quite a bit; before the FETs I'm just taking a good pregnancy multi-vitamin (from Nutri-Advanced, which includes the folate and vitamin D), and omega 3 (from Wild Nutrition). I also eat a brazil nut every day (sounds a bit odd but recommended by a fertility nutritionist I saw, and hey it's quite tasty) and drink raspberry leaf tea when I want to help my lining thicken up.
Yay, exciting. I’m now 17 weeks pregnant with twins after my 6th transfer. I made sure I was exercising a lot and also having 2 Brazil nuts daily. Also pomegranate juice every day and pineapple core. Lots of healthy food and sunshine. After the first two days post transfer I made sure to go for a daily walk to keep my blood flowing and kept up Brazil nuts, pineapple and pomegranate juice. I also made sure to keep my feet warm at all times.Good luck! This is your turn!
Wishing you so much luck! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
