So it was my test day today and it was negative. Oh well...

The clinic said to keep taking meds and retest in 3 days. Has anybody had any luck with that ever?

Sorry to read this… I had a similar experience in that I had a very faint line on test day and was told to wait 4 more days and carry on with meds then test again. I’m sorry to say it was negative at the second test. If the clinic have advised you to carry on then there is always a glimmer of hope it might turn out positive. I would encourage you to test with a sensitive pregnancy test as some need a much higher concentration of hsg to show a positive test. Either way I wish you all the best, look after yourself and sending massive hugs x x

It’s so f&@king cruel, there are so many of us going through this heart break.. it’s such a silent disease.. there’s just not enough awareness about it. I read today that men with erectile dysfunction get referred instantly to a specialist on first presentation to a doctor. Whereas women have to suffer 3 miscarriages before any investigations are made. Makes me angry! Sorry for the rant on your post.. I understand what you’re going through and it’s so hard, this will make us stronger though, take care of yourself x x x

I'm completely with you! IVF treatment is a very lonely journey for women.

Nobody wants to talk about it, it's too intimate, too detailed, too sad. It's something that you should keep to yourself. You are just a drama queen and anyway you probably could have done something to stop it from happening.

People doesn't get it at all. Only on forums like that we can find somebody to talk to.

I’m coping just running out of things to do to make it happen.. I had a phone consultation on Wednesday but even she didn’t really have much to say but just surprised why it’s not working.. I think I might take a few months break as we’ve been at it since March and I just feel so drained don’t think I can take anymore.. sorry I’m not much help just feel so helpless.. really hope we all get our BFPs.. we just have to stay strong and positive.. lots of love to you 💕

So sorry for you Buisquits My OTD was last Thursday and I also got a negative it was third failed transfer. I had faint lines on day 6-8pt but by official day was blank and they did a blood HCG which confirmed it was negative. On previous cycles I’ve also had to continue a few days with meds before testing again if my period doesn’t arrive but sadly have to say it’s never changed to positive and the meds can hold off period. For my own sanity it’s been easier to get the blood HCG done on test day to put me out of my misery. You never know though if they have given you an early OTD and want you to wait a bit longer there is always some hope xxx lots of love to you
