I am sure someone far more knowledgable will come along about more advanced testing etc but just wondering if you have had your thyroid and vitamin D levels checked?
Firstly need to make sure the quality of embryos is good, like PGS tested. Secondly need to make sure uterus environment is good and implementation time is correct, like ERA, EMMA and Alice tests. Thirdly need to ensure you don’t have immunology issues, like high NK, thyroid profile, thrombophilia screen etc.
That's pretty bad of your clinic not to suggest these tests after so many failures. I would be inclined if you have the time and money to also go for initial consultations at some other clinics to get a second opinion.
Good luck 13 failed transfers is a lot to go through, I've only had three so far and it's almost broken me x
13 transfers! That's a lot. Have you had the embryos tested to figure out if they are normal? If they were transferring normal embryos this many times without success then definitely look into those other tests ladies already suggested. Implantation window etc.
I had quite a few failures and was coming to the end of the line but wanted to feel we had tried as much as we could. We had ERA/EMMA/ALICE done and the ERA showed my implantation window was not the same as "normal" and that I needed an extra 24 hours of progesterone before transferring. It's not cheap but thought it helped us, we now have twin boys. Steriod cover may also be worth trying just in case of NK cells, they are cheap if you can get your clinic to prescribe.xx
