Buserline Down reg frozen transfer

Hello👋🏼

I was wondering how long everyone was taking buserline for before there bleed came? I’ve been taking mine a week now and know everyone can be different but it’s my 3rd transfer and I’m just over thinking!

Did anyone have any side effects from them?

Hi albbbxo. Usually 7-10 days of down regulation. Should be straight forward, but some people do get mood swings and/or headaches. hope all goes well with the FET. Diane

Hi babe, our first round I was on it for nearly 2 weeks, my period was late by 6 days. I had every single side effect that you could name, it was awful. This round (same cycle) I’ve been on it for 9’days so far and my period came on time, 8 days in. This time I have the odd headache and nothing else 🎉. I know it’s so stressful but hopefully AF will be here before you know it! Take care xx

Hello, aww that’s so reassuring to hear, I think you just think the worse don’t you. I’ve had stomach ache today so not sure if it’s going to come soon. But I’m 8 days in so we’ll see. Although my periods had starting being a bit weird the last few cycles but I started. Wishing all the luck for your cycle lovely! Cxx

First round 8 days, second 15. I ovulated late the second time (2d before starting buserelin) so knew I’d have a longer wait xx
