One open tube/ IVF/ squeezed nipples and milky discharged.

Hello ladies,

So I decided to open my tubes since we spent a lot on ivf in the last 3 months and it didn't work out. We are short of money so I decided to seek the option to open my tubes. One tube was successfully opened and the other partially opened. I have not had my period since and its past due . Am scared to take a pregnancy test. My boobs are sore. I pressed my nipple and some milk came out. What could that be? Anyone experienced that? Pregnancy journey is such a hassle. Please your thoughts are appreciated. 🤦😍😍.
