Hello ladies. Looking for some advice/success stories. I am 40 and have 4 PGTA normal 5 day embryos (not top grades), Amassed over the years. I have had the NK test, which I know is slightly elevated so I am treated by steroids and intralipids. I did those Chicago tests. Slight MTHR mutation so stir methyl folate for this. I want to start the transfer of my embryos (if they survive the thaw) but was wondering what other tests I should do, or add to my protocol to give me the best chances? What did you guys do? I have the ERA, Alice, Emma on my list to discuss with my doctor. Also, I have never had a positive pregnancy test in my life. Is that odd or is this something I should look at.. no chemicals, no miscarriages etc… My clinic tests my progesterone on the day of transfer and said it was perfect (although I appreciate I might need longer)
Hit me back with your wisdom.
Love to you all,

Hi lovely, I’m very much in the same boat as you (I know we’ve talked about this before) and the only difference for me is that I had my ERA done and it showed pre receptive so need an extra 24 hours progesterone…. Xx
Thank you for responding. I am in the TWW from 2 embryos they were fair quality but not worth biospy. I just know it didn’t work - day 5 after 5 day transfer. I did a test - sucker for punishment you see 😬 just trying to work out next steps. Do you have Some Frozen ones too? When is your transfer. Let me see what information I can find and I will come back to you.
Don't stress much about embryo quality if your embryos are PGS tested. I am pregnant now with twins and 1 embryo was 5BC graded and the other 5BB. I also had ERA test done and result came back receive. I don't have elevated NK cells but I was on immunosuppressants and steroids. With PGS tested embryos you have a great chance to be successful, I am keeping everything crossed for you ❤️🤗
