Health insurance for donor transfer abroad

Just looking for some recommendations for health insurance providers. I’m travelling to Spain at the weekend for a transfer on Tuesday. 😬 Only going to be there for up to a week but just looking for people who have done the same and who did they use? Did you have to go into detail about what you were travelling for? Any help appreciated !

I had treatment abroad but only got specific travel insurance once for when I was having a hysteroscopy under GA. I used medical travel shield. For just an embryo transfer I just had normal travel insurance. Good luck.xx

I agree with Cinderella. Transfer is a very straightforward procedure. I would just get regular travel insurance. If you do need it (I hope you don't), it won't be for anything related to the transfer.
