Thin endometrium lining

Hello everyone, please does anyone have any suggestions or idea on how to thicken endometrium lining? I have tried estrogen pills but that didn’t help. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Vitamin E, Vitamin D and L-Arganine. Brazil nuts, but no more than 2 a day.

Hi I ate Brazil nuts, about 5 a day until egg retrieval and I also drank lots of red leaf raspberry tea. Good luck!

I’ve been told natural pomegranate juice helps too … agree with the yoga to increase blood flow, there are some fertility-specific exercises if you google (I like Bettina Ray but there are loads ) x
