Just wondering here how long does one wait to have sex again while pregnant, am 5 weeks now and still on my meds, .. having my first utra sound End of next week

If it's going to cause you any worry then better to wait! My sex drive was soooo high in pregnancy there was no chance for waiting any longer 😂

It’s up to you. We waited until after the 12 week scan as I had a subchrionic hematoma, so didn’t want to cause any possible bleed

Afraid of causing any problems too , i will wait few weeks or ask if is safe on my next appointment i think

I waited for my first scan which was 6 weeks before sex. However, I had to stop sex after 12 weeks because i started to bleed and they recommend i waited till 20 weeks. I am 18 weeks now. But, I am scared because since this week i found out the reason I was bleeding is because one of my babies placenta is laying low near my uterus. I was given instructions as to what to do and no rigorous sex was on it. Also, my husband is a bit nervous because the baby that lay low is our son, i am pregnant with a boy and girl and he jokingly say he cant affort to lose his son. So i guess our sex life is dead right now.

Boys, eh!!! A good friend of mine sent me a list of reasons from google for my placenta praevia and one point on the list was when pregnant with boys…..hope you are enjoying your pregnancy 🤰🏻

As long as he is doing good and nothing serious then keep having soft sex😂… Am still in stage of waiting to see some showing😂😂, right now is abit cramp on n off but nothing else…

I honestly had no desire until I was in my second trimester, I was also scared I’d hurt the baby even tho the baby was the size of a grain of salt, even then I had next to no sex drive really in my second trimester, cruelly I had a raging sex drive once my bump popped and I was so big it was a near on physical impossibility to get down and dirty, just saying when you get to that stage foreplay is your best friend😅

Am also thinking i might get some problems even though its a tiny human there now. Right now am just on foreplay and my sex drive is getting high😂,wonna do it but same time i think of what might happen i just cool down😂

It’s so bad isn’t it🙈 One thing no one tells you is that pregnancy can also make you drier than the desert down there, that was the biggest mood killer and don’t get me wrong I miss those kicks everyday but there was nothing worse than getting hot and heavy and then feeling little one start having a rave, mood gone 😂😂

😂😂😂 that the time the little one enjoying some kicks.. true being dry i thought when pregnant one is more wet , but i can tell even by now this early its dry only meds licking out since am on utrogestan vag

Speak with your doc during your next scan. If you don‘t have any complications then they will give you a 👍 to go ahead depending on your sex drive. I was told no penetration sex at my 12 week scan as they confirmed a placenta praevia totals (placenta is directly over my cervix)

If I remember correctly we were back at it during tww. We haven't waited at all and I'm 25 wks tomorrow. Couples who don't have ivf carry on at it not knowing they are pregnant, and if it relaxes ,you and sends out good hormones it can only be a good thing!

So true, if you got pregnant naturally no need to wait just carry on as usual☺️
