Trying IVF in Greece

Hiya ladies, i was wondering if anyone has tried IVF in Greece and if so what was the process like? I am having no luck with the two clinic i have tried in London. My last cycle failed last week and i am trying to establish what's best for me going forward. I'm not ready to give up yet. Im 41 (soon to turn 42) with low AMH. xx

Hi, i haven't been to any clinics yet, just seriously considering it as the two clinics i have tried in london didn't give enough personal care. i feel you are on a conveyor belt here. are you considering going to Greece too?

I did ivf in Greece.I live in Crete and went to a clinic in Athens. You can contact any clinic you want by e mail and ask to do a paid Skype consultation.Ivf clinics in Thessaloniki are very good,too,and not as crowded as the ones in Athens.For me,the whole procedure went like this:I met with the doctor,he prescribed me the medication.2 weeks or so later,my period came so on the second day,i started Gonal-f injections. Every two days or so i went to the clinic for an ultrasound and an E2 blood test. 12 days later i had my trigger shot and then after one day,my egg retrieval.I froze all blasts and on the third FET i fell pregnant with my son. I am seriously considering doing another ivf for a second baby but can't really afford it at the moment.

If it's a medicated cycle,i'd say a month.I was in Athens for 15 days but i didn't have a fresh embryo transfer.I froze all embies and started transferring later.
