Irregular periods and pain in right side/ back

Hello

I’ve been suffering with irregular periods now for about 18 months. Some months are fine and some like this month are really early. Last month was about day 32 and this month day 17. I also have really heavy days some months where I am changing my sanitary wear every hour. A few months ago I also had large clots.

This time I’ve had bad back pain and mild constipation for almost a week.

Any ideas?

For me its usually a cyst that causes longer cycles. Also thyroids can be off resulting in irregular periods. Did you had any cheks yet? Xx

If you are in the uk, your gp can refer you to womens health who can do the first few tests (such as thyroid and other hormonal blood tests). If you have clots and heavy periods they might scan you which will show for example if you have a cyst on your ovary or do hysteroscopy to check if there are any abnormal things in the uterus that cause heavy bleeds. They can take it further and do a laparoscopy where they check for things like endometriosis.

My lower pain at my right is caused because there is some adhesion on my right ovary xx

Is the pain in your abdomine or your back?

When twisting and turning its a dull pain at the back. That is from adhesion

The pain from cyst is in abdomen xx
