When does your cycle go back to ‘normal’?

Hey knowledgeable ladies in my phone! 👋🏼

I just wondered when people experienced their period going back to a typical cycle after a failed IVF round? I had my withdrawal bleed quite soon after BFN and have then had a 22 and 19 day cycle since then. Typically mine are around 26-29 days. Don’t know if I should be worried or if this is usual? Desperate to get started on my next cycle (although who knew you had to wait for another nurses appt 😩) but thinking if my cycle isn’t quite right maybe we should wait til it’s settled down anyway?

Hi Nic It can take a while for your cycle to return to normal after the medication you have taken Maybe if no bleed by day 30 ish call your clinic for adviceThinking of you

Hi Janet. Thanks for replying. I’m having bleeds OK, it’s just they are very short cycles so like this one was 19 days. I’ll have a chat with the nurses when I have my next info session. It’s just another few weeks away 😩 so thought I’d ask on here!x
