Yesterday evening we had our virtual tour, intro and Q&A with the Medical Director of the Clinic we're going to. It was really interesting and informative. In summary we'll be attending their satellite clinic. They are a group of clinics all over the UK and overseas so lots of knowledge. We felt it was great to be shown and talked through everything - taken the stress and worry out of what happens, what it's all like etc.
Are there any specific questions we should be asking?
I mean like not the personal medical ones.

Hi, it's awesome to hear. You might ask your doc what are their success rates in treatment of patients who are in the same age range and with the same issues.
Same issues are going to be very specific and there's so many factors; they've said they discuss that on a case by case basis.
In addition there's so many addons / types of treatment which could improve chances but it's up to you whether you want / need them so again they discuss on a case by case basis.
