Hi all, has anyone had reiki during the tww after FET? My transfer is on Friday and I’ve been having reiki for the past month or so which I find makes me a lot calmer and balanced but it says different things online about it being safe or if it’s helpful to do? Anyone had any experience or advice? Xx

Hi Gabriella. I have heard that it's quite safe post embryo transfer. Just tell your practitioner beforehand. Good luck and hope it helps. Diane
