‘Borderline’ pcos

I had a scan 2 years ago when we were looking in to start the ivf process, pcos was not picked up. Our infertility was unexplained, and no concerns in blood tests etc so I wanted to wait and conceive naturally. Fast forward 2 years I have had up to date tests where “border line” pcos has been picked up (I know changes can take place), has anyone experienced this change and can give any advice?

I will hopefully be starting treatment next week.

Thank you 🧡

Hi JammPot,

Have you been taking myo-inositol? That would be the first place I would start, plus cutting out sugar from your diet and making sure you're exercising regularly (HIIT is good for blood sugar regulation). xx

Hi ☺️I have been taking vitabiotics for a few years, which includes inositol. I have read this is the same, I am just researching further in to this, daily dose etc.

Thank you for that! xx

Ah good. Not sure how much the Vitabiotics contains but the recommended dose for PCOS is 2000mg 2x per day (on an empty stomach). I’ve found Inofolic Alpha is a good brand xx
