Hi. I think it's more the Zero drinks as thet contain aspartime. A little of anything should be OK if it's sweetened normally. Check and see what your clinic recommends. Diane
You also need to be careful of caffeine - which is in some fizzy drinks, chocolate, tea, coffee amongst a few
