I had my first ivf appointment last week via video call, the doctor said I need to have a saline scan done, has anyone had this before? I’ve had HSG before just wondered if this was different? I’ve got my appointment next week for this. X

Hi ChloeL. Its a scan when they wash the uterine cavity out to look for any polys, fibroids or adhesions. Done in out patients. Hope it goes well. Diane
