Increasing stimulation dose

I’ve just been for my first scan after starting the stimulation. On day 7. Got 5 follicles on each side. Left all less than 8mm, right 2 at 12mm, 1 at 8-10mm and a couple at less than 8mm.

I’m on long protocol this time. Other two were short. Currently taking menopur 375 the doctor wants me to increase to 450 but I’m reluctant as on my last cycle I did the top dose 450 throughout and had the worse outcome of the last two. (3 eggs, only two mature, only one fertilised and then stopped at day one). First cycle I started on 300/375 alternate days and then gradually increased and was on 450 just for the last couple of days.

I’m back in for scan on Monday, then probably scan again Wednesday and may have EC friday or Saturday.

I’m scared to increase to 450, at this stage x
