Post egg collection update.

So I had my egg collection yesterday. It went well - pretty pain free with only slight nausea afterwards. 9 eggs were retrieved, out of which only 5 were mature. The clinic rang and 3 have been fertilised. Funnily enough this is the exact number from my first fresh cycle.

Now the wait to see when the transfer will be 🤞 let’s hope they keep developing. Any tips on what I can do in preparation?

Hello Hope752, it is great news and wish you all the luck that they all become beautiful and strong day5 embryos also perfect for freezing to have even greater chance later on... You already sound positive so keep it that way, relax to support healing process, have plenty of fluid and nice rich healthy diet eg avocados for antioxidant vit.E , omega 3, vit. D, ubiquionol (CoQ10) which is very likely what you have been doing for some time anyway so just carry on and keep smiling, thinking of how they are growing and look forward to next step inspite this being uncertain process... Take care and let us know how it went if you will feel like sharing it later...
