Have any of you had a phonecall from your clinic on day 5 to move forward your scan?
I’m on my 3rd round of ivf and they have never brought it forward before. Got my day 5 bloods this morning and scan was scheduled for Friday. They called this afternoon and asked me to come for a scan on Wednesday. Any idea why they would do this?
Thank you xxx

Yes. Said to keep my stims as they are but they would like to scan me on Wednesday rather than Friday. I just said ok. Then after it I was like wonder why. 😂🙈 x
Have you not? I’ve had them on each of my 3 cycles. Always on day 5. I hate getting my bloods done as well. 😂. Usually they don’t change anything but this time they have brought my scan forward. X
Maybe you are on a different protocol and that’s why. You would absolutely think we would be used to it by now. 😂😂. I don’t think I’ll ever get used to it. 🙈. I’m hoping it’s good news but wanted to prepare myself for anything bad that may come. Xx
Hi L400ynd, I am on my 3rd round too. They all had bloods and scans. Sometimes they compare your blood results with previous rounds, this time they postponed 2 scans with me as a slow responder. Factoring that in mind with your previous rounds and your bloods may be you have responded faster?? I am only guessing but it shouldn't be any thing to worry about as you are still continuing your shots. Crossing fingers this may just be a shorter round for you and you have responded faster. Best of luck!! An update would be great!!!
Hi. They wanted to see what was going on as the bloods showed I wasn’t responding as well as last time. Bloods were down from 3000 odd to 1500. Scan unfortunately showed what they feared. I only have 3 follicles showing. 😭😭😭. Ive spent most of the morning crying. Xx
