Back again! Have my appointment this morning for my prostap injection then hopefully my period will turn up on time! Have my first scan on the 25 then. Looking forward to starting but so nervous, this is our 3rd FET. Anyone else starting around the same time?xx

Hopefully I will be! I’m just waiting for my period to show up (CD38), it’s on its way - I can feel it (🤢). As soon as that starts, I’ll start my meds (Progynova) and then two weeks later I’ll have my scan to confirm lining looks good.. if I start soon, that means my scan should be around a similar time to yours and transfer (if all being well) a week later 🤞🏻🍀

This is also our third transfer... they say third times a charm so fingers crossed that’s true for us both! 🤍💫 xx

Aww that’s great! It’s nice to have someone around the same part of the journey! Have my fingers crossed for both of us!!

Are they doing anything different for you this time round?xx

They’re checking my progesterone level, at my request, before transfer and this time we are potentially transferring two embryos. How about you? Xx

My clinic don’t check progesterone levels, I did ask, but I think I will be on the progesterone pessaries and injections this time, just had the pessaries before. Hoping that helps!xx

My clinic don’t either, I just pushed for it because last time I asked and they said they didn’t need to check them. This time they’ve agreed I can have them checked. It’s for my own peace of mind I guess, because my consultant doesn’t think it’s an issue. Xx

That’s what my consultant said last time and I didn’t have the injections then started spotting the day before my OTD. That’s why this time I pushed for them. IVF is hard enough without having to fight and push for things!xx

Definitely! We know our bodies so we need to push for what we think we need xx
