Anyone used Buscapan during ivf

Have ibs wonder if this will help me relax

Doctor has oked it but see instructions advice not to use if trying to conceive or pregnant so bit confused

I am about to start ivf and I know this all too well. I found that some foods trigger my stomach off big time 🙄. To me buscapan is good for a short time but to me is not a solution if you get what I mean. I am always trying to find natural ways to help. I am taking a day by day approach on this and I found these to be quite helpful.

Eating small, well-balanced meals identify food triggers and ways to improve your nutrition

Increasing fiber (like whole grains, barley, broccoli

Trying psyllium husk powder, to add fiber ( the jury is still out when taking whilst pregnant so I am taking twenty-first century rhubarb complex which is a natural herbs. They have some good stuff

Drinking plenty of water

Reducing dairy as I know i'm intolerant to milk.

Taking a probiotic ( I take optibac which is safe to take whilst pregnant too) 😊

Finding relaxation techniques to manage stress help me too!

Buscspane is it dues not go into the blood stream at least.

Just feel like I need something to help me relax.

Your welcome. Ohhh yes that's definately good to know. I have heard yoga can be relaxing but have not tried it myself to be honest with you. x

I had buscopan for my transfers to help relax my uterus just in case that was what was causing me implantation failure.xx

It was however I have had a transfer prior to this that wasnt but still wanted it based on previous positives which didnt stick. I read up a fair bit on it and it didnt seem like an unreasonable shot, just in case and it's not expensive!xx

3 times 1 tablet per a day...24 tablets.started to take before transfer..
