FET due on Thursday

Hi all. I had my USS this morning and uterine lining is 7.9mm so they have booked me for my FET on Thursday. I have had one miscarriage after natural pregnancy 2 yrs ago and then a failed double embryo fresh transfer in November. The embryologist said this embryo is top quality (it’s a 5day blastocyst, frozen on day 6). This is my one remaining embryo and am trying to keep positive whilst doing everything I can to improve my chances. I’m also 39 touching 40. If anyone has any positive stories or any other suggestions I can try over the next few days that can help.

I hope it goes well. I've heard watching comedy and laughing as much as possible is great for your mental health and dealing with the rollercoaster, but also does great things for your body.
