After transferring two frozen embryos in January, and a positive test three weeks ago, today was my viability scan at 7+6, at my fertility clinic. Sadly they could only find a gestational sac which measured 7mm.
There is a concern that I have a pregnancy in an unknown location, which maybe ectopic therefore I was referred to the early pregnancy unit who took bloods. HCG came back as 3070. More bloods to be taken Saturday to see if there’s a difference?
I’m absolutely heartbroken. Has anyone gone through this? 💔

So sorry to hear this. I have had ectopic pregnancies and they are very tough experiences to go through. Could they not see anything on ovaries/tubes on the scan? Mine were always visible on the scan at around the same date in pregnancy you are x
That’s a good thing though, if there were a pregnancy on/in ovary/tube it is likely to have caused damage which you def don’t want! Good luck with blood over next few days x
