Down Reg here we go again!

Hi all, just wanted to see if anyone was starting down reg any time soon? I start today, Synarel for the first couple of weeks and then Ovaleap for a few weeks. I'm 40 now, seems like a bigger hurdle than when I was 39, and I'll be a donor mum.

But I had a successful round of treatment which I am holding on to. Unfortunately I lost it at 6-7 weeks, and then a chemical a few months later, but I am seeing that as my body is still doing it's best to get me to the finish line.

If anyone else is starting treatment soon let me know, be great to have some and give some support during this next few months.

Hi Lisa, I'm on down reggin at the minute trying to get my lining thin enough before I can start my (HRT) cycle for a FET. I've got a scan Thursday to check it's thin enough🤞so we could be having our treatment around the same time 😊. Wishing you lots of luck with yours my lovely 💕xXx

My scan wasn't great today, after my lining was too thick at the last scan to start, they put me on suprecur for 2 weeks which should have thinned it but it's almost tripled 😩. Why do our body's seem to have a mind of there own! Hopefully doubling the suprecur for the next week will work 🤞. I hope you have more luck with yours hun 💕xX

I'm sorry to hear about your scan, I have everything crossed for you in the next week. I haven't had a thick lining before but I did have to stay on stims drugs last year for longer because I wasn't producing enough eggs to maturity, it was anxious week of scans and more waiting so I understand how frustrating and anxious it can be. Did you get any down reg side effects? x

It is so frustrating 😩 I hope you don't have the same issues this time with not producing enough eggs to maturity. Have they adjusted your dosages for this cycle?I've had quite a few headaches, sore boobs and I'm really bloated but apart from that it's not been too bad. How about you? XXx

My dosage has stayed the same I think, I guess they’ll just wait and see if it happens again. I’m on the synarel spray so think they’d have to change my treatment plan. I have my first headache today, and feeling really flat, still no withdrawal bleed, hoping once that arrives the side effects will go. When’s your next scan? Xx

Good luck for this cycle! I started down reg last Monday so a week ahead of you. Do you have a transfer date pencilled in? Mine is March 3rd hopefully xx

Thank you, good luck to you too! How are you feeling 1 week in, not too many side effects I hope? No date penciled in for FET yet, I have worked out roughly that if I have egg collection around 17th March my FET will be around 22nd. Keep me updated x
