I had my last period 31 days ago, I have been experiencing my period cramps for about 4 days now but no sign of bleeding. Shall I do a pregnancy test?

Hi Klg,

The timing of your pregnancy test will depend on when you ovulated rather than specifically your cycle length (unless you always ovulate around the same 2-3 day timeframe each cycle).

Most people with a healthy luteal phase will get their period 10-14 days after they ovulate. If you don't know if/when you ovulated then unfortunately it's just a wait it out kind of scenario or do a pregnancy test every 3ish days from the time you would have expected your period? Xx

If you are late you should do a pregnancy test. Agree is negative repeat every 2 days. Best
