I thought I would share my experience this morning. I am on 6 progesterone a day. This morning I got up and completely forgot, I was absolutely fine and carrying on, had energy etc. So I took it late at about 11am and within 15minute I had cramps and a headache. Pessaries are the devil x

Hi Freyabelle. Oh dear it happens! I wouldn't worry too much about the delayed progesterone. Hopefully your body will be starting to produce extra, so just carry on as normal. Good luck! Diane
Hello! I’m not worried at all I can’t be on time every time. I just thought I’d share that it was them that was giving me headaches. It always helps when you can work out symptom or side effect xx
