Over half of my eggs are under 12mm yet Day 11 Stims?

Hi ladies,

More than half my follicles are under 12mm, yet I am on Day 11 of stims. Has anyone had the same experience? Seems like half my eggs are not growing very much?

Have they told you to trigger? It can take more than 11 days to get everything to the right place so if not then it may just take a couple more days to catch up. My clinic told me sometimes it can be 14 days and in my very limited experience a lot can happen to those follicles in a couple of days! Also 4/8 of my aspirated follicles were only 14mm on the day of EC and they got all mature eggs from them. Xx

I stim for 15-18days and have success. I start VERY slow (everything <10mm by day 6-7) and then grow quickly. For my clinic it is all about estrogen when you are a "slow responder." I get a good number of mature eggs. Age can have a big impact too. At 36 I responded normally 39/40 I was a slow responder - although # of eggs/blasts the same.
