Hi Spottydog - try not to let Google scare you! I’m on my 2nd monthly injection and the only side affects I’ve had are nightly hot flushes. I have endo and am preparing for a FET, so the Prostap has been a complete godsend as I’ve not had to deal with horrific monthly periods.
Best of luck and if you have any other questions, let me know xx
Thank you so much for the reply. I guess I’m just my own worst enemy sometimes googling things. I’m about to go to my appointment now so hoping it doesn’t give me any bad side effects like I read. I guess it is because it is slow release so once it is there is no stopping it I guess so have to live with it. Thank you for taking the time to reply. Good luck to you xx
I felt a bit crap after my injection but it wasnt horrific! I had pretty bad cramps when the bleed came and a really bad headache but once that bit was over I was just shattered until I started the next lot of meds. Good luck.xx
So I’ve ended up not having that done. I’m now on Buseralin injections for 2 weeks and noristherone and antibiotics. Then will take oestrogen and progesterone before transfer. Thank you for the advice tho to you both xx
