Is this implantation bleeding?

I’m 8dp5dt after having a 2 embryos transferred; 4AA and 3BB. I’ve been feeling nauseous the last couple of day’s but then started with quite intense period like pains late yesterday evening. I got up in the night and have started bleeding, only very light and pink in colour. The pains have continued all night in my lower back and stomach. These have been short and intense lasting approx 30seconds but have been quite frequent.

This is my third fresh cycle as well have previously having 2 FEt and I experienced no implantation bleeding in my previous cycles, my period also didn’t start until I stopped the progesterone pessaries.

My OTD isn’t until Thursday.... do I continue waiting or do I take a test? I was really hoping we’d be lucky this time and have felt so much more relaxed and positive until last night.

Any advice ladies would be great xx

HiIt definitely could be implantation bleeding. I had some very light bleeding (just when wiping) at a similar point and got a BFP. I managed to hold off testing until OTD though!

Thank you ladies. The bleeding has now stopped thankfully and the cramps are much less intense so beginning to feel more positive again, I will try my best to hold off until OTD before testing if I can🤞 Xx
