Progynova timing

Hi everyone,

Just random thoughts and fears that I might not be taking the medicines right. Please can you advise ?

1. Does it affect if the dose is not taken exactly at the same time Everyday? I usually take it morning and evening but never at the same hour. Does it matter?

2. Also I take it along with my usual supplements. Is that ok? Or should it wait for an hour before or after taking the supplement

Hello

I don't think it matters the exact timings - they are spread out to stop you feeling sick. But I set alarms to remind me and tried to take them as close to the alarm as possible. I also can't imagine a reason not to take them with your other supplements.

Xx
