Help transfer tomorrow

Please help me my level is 21.8 mno1/L day before transfer, do I need to cancel, it’s day 25 of cycle, transfer in the morning, been on 2xlubion

Please someone help xxx

Hi, please could you PM me on this too... mine was 11.1 nmol/L after I insisted the clinic tested my level. They did so under much protest (they never check normally) but I was alarmed how low it was & thankfully I was able to cancel the transfer. I was on 2 x 400mg cyclogest xx

Hey, I would say this is too low. You need to speak to your clinic to try to increase your progesterone dose. Perhaps now that they have seen your levels they will take it a bit more seriously! Sorry you have had your transfer cancelled but it's best to have everything optimal for implantation.xx

Yes I just got of the phone to dr he said he’s going to increase to 3 Lubion 3 cyclogest, still doesn’t believe in testing but surly it’s got to be higher next time, he thinks the Prongest ones are horrible to take and I have shit loads of Lubion left anyway, so going to go with that , hopefully I have a period in the next few days he thinks xxx

Thank you for getting back to me... I’m so relieved we didn’t risk our only embryo of 2 fresh cycles when my levels were so low & yes, they are taking it more seriously now but it’s sad it’s had to get to this point & I’ve lost faith in them now 😔 xx

To be honest I think more clinics should be checking progesterone levels and a lot of them seem to have the same view....it cant be too low on pessaries but more and more of us are finding out on here that it is too low. At least you know now and can forge a plan ahead, those embryos are too precious to waste.xx

I’m not sure I’d go ahead at this level? My only successful transfer out of 4 was the one I took extra progesterone and it was 155 on transfer day and I’m convinced that helped both embryos stick x

I think I made the right decision to pull the plug on the transfer I go again after next cycle with more drugs xxx

Well I am going to be on 3 Lubion , 3 cyclogest this time , I was on 2 before but I just think after all this attempts and loads of chemicals it’s got to be low progesterone some people just need a little more everyone is different, and after my blood test it proved that it is low xxxx

I just don’t think I can face another chemical it’s my last attempt so I am trying to do everything I can, because I no after this it’s game over , it was so hard to cancel the transfer but I feel in my heart it wasn’t going to take xxx

Previous transfers I was on 2x400mg cyclogest per day. My successful round we increased it to 3x400mg per day - taken the “back” way as I’m convinced I absorb more that way

I was on 2 x 400mg (back way) & the Doctor on the day that should have been transfer was saying I should have taken them the front way, even though 2 other doctors had told me the back was equally as good! Anyway, 2 a day round the back clearly didn’t work for me so dreading needing some injections too x

Hi I have always took mine the back way a lot of people say it’s better that way , less irritating, yes you might need more and maybe injections too , are they going to increase it for you? Xxx
