BFN 1st cycle 😢

As it says really, maybe I was naive going into this all thinking it would work for us 1st time but nothing can prepare you for seeing the result 💔 it is emotionally draining an nothing can prepare you for this.

Unfortunately none of our embryos made it to freeze so we will go again fresh an private hopefully next year 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I will continue to read the positive posts on here an love to see the strength from everyone on this journey 💕💕

So sorry to read this , I think most of us going into the ivf journey don’t truly know what it entails until you start going down that journey. I was completely nieve we told ourselves 1 day at a rule but when we have 2 x 5 day blasts from only 3 eggs and one I quote a ‘beautiful embryo’ I thought we were home dry so couldn’t believe when I started to bleed on day 8 post transfer!

It’s torturous it truly is, and the pain you’re feeling can be overwhelming , but I promise whatever you’re feeling now , soon you will be ready to decide what you want to do moving forward.

As hard as it can be to see the positive stories sometimes without thinking when will that be me? I always find them a huge shining day of hope that little miracles do happen 💕

Firstly, I want to say sorry your ivf cycle was not successful. I also had a failed cycle on my first round I passed each hurdle and was positive about my embryo transfer, however it wasn’t successful either. I had no eggs in the freezer- a similar situation to you. I still am find each month difficult but getting stronger after my failed cycle in August. Want to say you’re not alone, please don’t blame yourself, be kind to yourself and speak to people who make you happy and lastly take time out of your routine if you need to. Remember that this is a physical and emotionally draining process and ensure you’re ready when abs if you want to start your next cycle. Always here if you need to chat. Positive vibes to you xxx
