I stupidly caved in at 4dp5dt and had a very very faint line after having a night full of horrid night sweats. Tested today after having really painful cramps constantly for 2 days and bfn.
The cramps are so painful, the same as when i have a bad period so I'm constantly dreading the worst when I go to the loo. My cervix is low, quite firm and dry
Is it too early?Anyone had anything similar and gone on to get a bfp?
Having a faint bfp that my partner could see to now a negative I'm really not hopeful.

I'm so sorry.. a faint line and then no line could mean a very early failed implantation. You should test again in 2 days, with first response and with the first urine
4dpt is extremely early to test, though
It could also be the trigger shot hormones if you're doing a fresh transfer.
It could also be implantation cramping.
It happened to me. Faint line on day 6 and 7 and then slowly disappearing over 3 days. Terrible cramps at night for 3 night.
My pregnancy test became completely blank around 10dp5t
I had cramps for several nights from day 6 and then appx 4nights later everything stopped . I spent hours and hours online trying to find an answer . Apparently cramps after a transfer are quite common and no one can predict the outcome . It could be a good sign or a bad sign
I have endometriosis so I strongly suspect failed implantation for my faint line.
On day 4 your test would be faint so this is not an issue. Unfortunately all you can do now is wait . You could do another test tomorrow morning but best to wait Thursday.
I'll be on my 3rd 2ww from Friday and the wait is the worst
