Bad cramps on progesterone after bfn

Hi I've tested negative at 6 and 8dp5dt. For the last four days I've been having very painful cramps in ovaries and back. I suspect this is down to the progesterone combined with constipation (sorry tmi). I'm also on the Estrogel patches as it was DE treatment so it's definitely not my ovaries recovering and I wouldn't say the pain is particularly similar to period cramps. Anyone experienced anything similar? I'm hoping that after OTD I can ditch the drugs and let my insides go back to normal.

I’d say don’t Write yourself off just yet- I tested too early on day 6 and 9, got BFNs and on OTD got a BFP. Either way, good luck and hope you feel better soon xxx

Hi Carolino4. Sounds suspicions of constipation to me. Apart from plenty of water, perhaps try some "Fybogel" to soften and move your bowels. Hope you soon feel better. Thinking of you. Diane
