Last week I had a meltdown because I started to bleed heavily the day after my positive test result .
My clinic have been monitoring my hormone levels. I would be 5.5 weeks today. My HCG level has increased 88% since Thursday and is over 12000 but my progesterone is only 22. They have upped my pessaries to 3 a day and they are starting me on Lubion injections tomorrow.
I’m now panicking that my progesterone levels are low and I’m still going to miscarry 😬😬 this is a never ending anxious cycle when you’ve had previous losses.
Does anyone know what their progesterone levels were in early pregnancy and does anyone have any advice for the Lubion injections? Xx

I’ve always had issues with progesterone the pressaries never worked on me. The progesterone injections are the only things that have worked for me. The Lubion and Prongest injections are the only thing that have worked for me. Prongest is meant to be better than Lubion. But Lubion is also very effective.
My levels kept dropping from around 100 and below 100. My clinic don’t want it to below 100, so they tested me every 3 days from transfer to test day and a few times after that. I’m nearly 7 weeks now and they test me once a week. It has started to stabilise now.
My progesterone was 190 two days before transfer and 24 the day after - taking the same medication (2x lubion per day). After that, I continued to monitor my progesterone (it was up and down) until week 8 and added or took away utrogestan pessaries when needed. I am currently 17 weeks with twins.
Ive had progesterone issues too but once they get more meds into you, your levels will rise nicely and hopefully settle that bleeding down! I was on 2x 400mg cyclogest an 2x lubion this time around.....my advice for the lubion is to warm the liquid in the vial, go for an area around the bikini line and inject really slowly. I also stuck to either right or left and avoided my middle tummy area as its really nippy and bruised easily. Good luck.xx
