Try and distract your brain and stay away from google.
My advice would be to love yourself and do everything wonderful for yourself. Watch movies, sleep, read, gentle walks for fresh air, only speak to people who bring you joy π₯°
The more positive you can feel the better. Thereβs no point feeling itβs failed for two weeks and being negative because that just wastes energy and pickles your head.
That's very exciting!!! I think RhinoCat has said it all, try and relax as much as possible because the more relaxed and distracted you can be the more calm you'll be through the wait. Try your hardest to not test early, I did even though I always said I wouldn't, got a negative and then on OTD a BFP so it is never a good idea to give in if you can help it.
Lots of box sets, Mindful IVF meditations helped me and walks.
Do your best to remember you have done all you can by that stage, nature will take over and so you really can't do anything to determine the outcome, only positive and optimistic thinking and plenty of down time.
I did have McDonalds chips after my FET just because of the old wives tale
