Progesterone level drop, but HCG going up nicely. CONFUSED!

Hi ladies. I would love you advice. I just received a call to say my progesterone levels have dropped, but my HCG is going up nicely. They have topped up my progesterone. Has this happened to people and did it work in time?

Stomach and upper butt. They have added an additional butt one every other night
