Fingers crossed your IUI is successful. Definitely stop taking the ubiquinol (don’t know about DHEA but I’d imagine that should be stopped too). When I used cyclogest my clinic advised I could choose, as either way it’s being absorbed by your body. Take care and look after yourself in your 2WW x

Hi, yes i think stop taking both, they are designed to help the egg forming stage. Now you're in the next stage so why not drop them in unnecessary. I took pessaries in rectum, it was fine! X

After extensive research I kept taking ubiquinol until my BFP. Am convinced it helped implantation in some way 😘. I even phoned the ‘Zita West fertility clinic’ who advised its completely safe to keep taking. Only reason we are advised to stop when we get BFP is not enough studies done but I contemplated keeping going when pregnant too. It’s an antioxidant so I can’t see the harm x

I was told to stop taking DHEA but continue with Ubiquinol during the 2ww. I found taking the cyclogest suppositories via the rectum easier, less messy discharge and for me also less risk of urinary tract infections. Wishing you so much luck for the 2ww xx

I don’t take DHEA but I stop uniquinol after transfer. This is mainly because not enough studies have been done on both during pregnancy but I’d rather be on the cautious side. Up to you of course. I take cyclogest via the rectum and find it super easy and quick and no mess!! Good luck. X

Stop taking both during 2ww. They are for egg quality so once you have had collection you can stop. If this round doesn't work (fingers crossed it does :-) and you have another go start taking again as soon as you can.

Good luck to you, hope you get your BFP xx

Gosh I remember, all the drugs are hideous! You have my sympathy. And if it works I think Cyclogest you carry on taking don't you?

I'm hoping to do a FET in the new year and have to down reg, take HRT and the cyclogest. The thought of it makes me feel ill. The things we put ourselves through!

Have you had your transfer yet? xx
