Anyone using the progesterone gel? 5 weeks pregnant and I got some back pain, period like cramps, on and off. No blood what so ever.

I'm 5 weeks pregnant, I didn't eat well and ate late. I experienced some lower back pain and similar pains to my period cramps, just not as severe but discomfort is there. Is this normal in the 5th week? Should I be worried? Ontop of that I'm using progesterone crinone gel, could it be the cause? How do you know if you're miscarriage while using crinone gel? Not been having any issues but Wednesday(today) is my 5th week of pregnancy. Is this normal? I actually feel constipated or bloated, feels like gas pain. I'm not even sure. The pain stopped/reduced after several toilet visits (TMI)🙈🙉. Literally on and off thing.

It all sounds pretty normal to me you can have some weird old symptoms to start with so try not to worry

I am just preparing for FET and I am taking 800mg progesterone pessaries a day. I have cramps and simptoms just like during my period or when is about to start. I am not pregnant therefore all the symptoms are coming from progesteron that I am taking daily. It can be the case for you also try to not stress too much ♥️🤗 lots of love

Thank you Ranchu. They have finally stopped. Had my first scan today and baby is doing great. I wish you all the best in FET.
